Micki DuBois is a dynamic force in the world of entrepreneurship and now, a passionate writer. Born in Eaton Rapids, Michigan, Micki embarked on a remarkable journey that led her to found Panoply Inc. in 1990, just two years after earning a BA from Michigan State University. As CEO, she deftly navigated the challenges of business while balancing life as a dedicated soccer mom and PTA officer.

In 2002, Micki married Charles DuBois, and together they raised two wonderful children. As they left for college, Micki discovered a newfound passion for writing. This creative endeavor proved so rewarding that she decided to sell her company and embrace writing full-time—a bold leap that demonstrates her fearless pursuit of fulfillment.

Micki's strength lies in her ability to blend strategic vision with a warm, personable approach—whether she’s leading a company or crafting a compelling narrative.
